As the Lead Content Writer, I organized content across Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that all product copy and editorial content on the existing website would be rewritten, edited, and proofread before the deadline for the launch of the new company website. I led efforts to enhance social media channels by creating a social media content plan and calendar, set up accounts to track analytics, and increased customer engagement with timely posts and responses. I also created a company-approved “In-House Style Guide” for use in Marketing and Sales departments to ensure a consistent brand voice and style, created a “SaltWorks Media Kit” for press inquiries, and wrote and edited numerous advertisements for print and online marketing. Additionally, I worked with the Marketing Director to plan advertising calendars and email marketing targeted to customers across all demographics.
